The Herman Miller Company was one of the first American manufacturers to produce modern furniture in America and is considered an influential pioneer in the modernist furniture movement of the mid-century. An iconic chair designed in 1958 that is still embraced by consumers today is the Eames Aluminum Management Chair, a modern yet classic choice for any Home Office. It features a sleek aluminum frame and rolling base with a simple, streamlined leather sling seat that conforms to the body.
Also designed by Le Corbusier and Perriand in 1928 is the LC4 Chaise Lounge, a sculptural, bold statement in any Bedroom. The LC4 Chaise features an angular chromed-steel frame that cradles the shape of the body. The curved steel base support allows the user to customize the seating angle and makes the chaise appear as if it´s floating above its linear base. The leather sling seat and bolster headrest are sleek and stylized, adding to the beautiful modern silhouette of the piece.
Rocker Recliner - This type is similar to the Two Position Recliner but has the added benefit of rocking back and forth.
